The apartment features a bedroom and living area with a large double bed (180x200cm), a dining area, a 50" smart TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Rosenalm - Pool, Sauna, Fitness, Wellness, and much more... You have free access to the hotel's pool, sauna area, fitness room, and many leisure activities. Cushions are located in the built-in closet. An awning provides sun protection. Bed Linen A made-up bed awaits you. For stays of more than two weeks, your bed linen will be changed once upon request. For stays of less than two weeks, bed linen will not be changed. First Aid One A small first aid kit is available. Internet During your stay, you will have free Wi-Fi access (up to 50 Mbps). You will receive the current login details on the day of your arrival. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher tablets are provided on site. For your first morning in the apartment, you will find coffee pods in the coffee machine. Please bring your own for the rest of your stay. (Senseo coffee machine) Parking A guest parking space, number 233, is available free of charge directly in front of house 11c. Radio In the living area, you will find a small radio that you are welcome to use. You can connect your mobile phone to the radio via Bluetooth. Cleaning For occasional cleaning, you will find a vacuum cleaner, broom, cleaning cloths, and a bucket in the built-in closet. We ask that you wash the dishes and empty the trash cans before departure. We will take care of the final cleaning. Other things to note
Arrival & Departure Key collection takes place via a key safe next to the apartment door. You will receive the corresponding code on the day of your arrival. This allows you to plan your check-in from 2:00 PM onwards. If you arrive after 6:00 PM, you will need to use the side entrance. A detailed description and further information can be found in the guest app, which will be activated after booking. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM. Please remember to close all windows and doors and return the front door key to the key safe. No Smoking/Pets This holiday apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Tourist Tax Markt Scheidegg is a state-recognized premium climatic health resort. The tourist tax is included in the price but will be listed separately on the invoice. This entitles you to the Allgäu-Walser Card. Allgäu-Walser Card After registering as a guest at the Scheidegg Tourist Information Center or the kiosk opposite, you will receive the Allgäu-Walser Card.
